Dogs are pet and that’s what the whole world says but as a dog owner do we think of them as a pet? The “pet” is just a label. For us they are a family member, and to keep a family member healthy they need exercise.
So here are four ways of keeping your dog healthy by doing these exercises :-
1. Walking:
Dogs are very special and to keep them healthy it is very essential for them to have a walk for more than 20 minutes per day. It is very important to take your dog for daily walks because it keeps them happy and healthy. Not only that it keeps their brain active and is a great stress relief for them. Walking with your dog helps in solving their daily behaviour problem. It keeps the bones stronger heart healthy and resolves depression and stress in them.
2. Play Hide and seek :
We should play hide and seek with our dogs because it keeps them active and makes the bond between you and your dog very strong. Dogs have the ideology that if if their owner does not plays with them that means that they do not love them so to show and to prove that you love your dog, you should always play with them.
3. Set up an obstacle course:
Due to coronavirus many people are not able to go outside as well as not able to go for a walk with their dog. But to energize your dog we should make an obstacle course inside the house so that it is safe from coronavirus. It would be much better if the obstacle course is in the garden away from others touch.
4. Play tag:
Playing tag is the for most best exercise for your dog. It keeps them healthy and fit. Usually if a dog does not plays or goes for a walk it starts getting depressed and sleeps the whole day which can cause a lot of problem like laziness, fatness, heart problem, depression, weak muscles and bones.
These are some of the ways by which we can keep our dog/family member healthy and fit.
